Use the form below to order books from our catalogue. When you have finished entering your
selections press the Submit Order button, and your order will be Emailed to us.

Payment Details
New and Overseas Customers - due amount will be advised, and books dispatched when payment is received.
All Other Customers - Invoice is sent with order, and due for payment 14 days after the books have arrived.

Australian Orders
As from 1 July 2000 please add 10% for GST
All orders to an Australian address will be sent surface mail using Australia Post except where
Air-mail is cheaper (eg parcels 501gr to 3kg go Express Mail to distant States). Books will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
Postal Charges are :-
Order up to $20 - Full Postal Rates apply
Order $20 - $50 - Postage $5
Order $51 - $100 - Postage$6
Order $101 - $200 - Postage $8
Order over $200 - Postage is Free
